This month, leaders across Orange County gathered to chart their progress and possibilities during our AI Policy & AI Guidance workshop. The room buzzed with reflection, strategy, and shared vision as district teams mapped their timelines—exploring, piloting, scaling, and sustaining AI-powered learning.
🔍 What We Explored:
Timeline mapping to visualize each district’s AI progress
Personalizing the timeline with key team member names to help enrich storytelling
Westminster's journey from teacher PD to board policy
Anaheim's journey to collect feedback from educational partners - teachers, students, parents, etc. - throughout their process
Cross-district connections through gallery walks and share-outs
